Trust

Trust.

Where your data lives, how updates are signed, the BAA, and what happens to the app if we're ever gone.

Your patient data stays on your PC

Practice KPIs runs on your practice's own Windows PC. The reports you export from eClinicalWorks are read, checked and stored there, in your Windows profile. The app never sends us patient data, so there is nothing of it for us to lose. The app sends us nine small fields, such as the app version and the practice names you typed, and the security page lists every one.

What leaves your PC

Updates you can trust

Every update is signed on our own computer, and the app checks the signature and the file before it installs anything. Nothing installs until you click, and if an update doesn't finish, the app tells you plainly.

A business associate agreement for every practice

The app keeps patient data on your PC. When you choose to share something with us, such as your screen during setup or a file you send for support, our BAA covers it. Every practice accepts it, at sign-up or by email, before we help with setup.

If we're ever gone

Clinihealth is a small company, so it's fair to ask. Here is what happens if we stop:

  • The app keeps running. It lives on your PC, not on our server.
  • Your numbers stay yours. Every page and every Excel and PDF download keeps working. If a bill goes unpaid, the app turns view only: what is in stays on screen; new files, exports and reports stop until it is paid.
  • Your reports stay in eClinicalWorks. Nothing about your data depends on us.
  • You'd hear first. Our terms promise at least 60 days' notice and a refund for any time you've paid past the end.

Who we are

Practice KPIs is made by Clinihealth LLC, a Georgia company. Questions about security, questionnaires or the BAA go to [email protected], and a person replies within one business day.
