Clearer billing, reports that always run, a new look

NewImproved

  • Practices and billing: every practice on a card has its own line, a free month shows its end date and price, and the top says what the next charge will be.
  • Reports menu: a report shows only when your data can make it; one that needs more data waits until it can.
  • Emails about money: we write when a card is declined, when a practice enters its grace days or turns view only, when it is back to normal, and when we refund a payment.
  • Updated terms, privacy notice and business associate agreement (version 2026-10-21): the app asks you to accept them once.
  • A new mark: the app's icon and the site share the new Practice KPIs logo.

Start from the site, and sharper numbers

NewImproved

  • Start from the site: tell us your practice, providers and how you will pay; the app opens signed in with your practice ready.
  • Share by email: send a doctor or colleague a personal link, and remove them from the list any time.
  • View only if a bill goes unpaid: what is in stays on screen; new files, exports and reports stop until it is paid.
  • Estimated collection rate: never over 100%, and never under what is already in.
  • Denial rate by claim: shown beside the rate by line, with how each is counted.
  • Free and specialty drugs: doses given and not charged have their own card in What we bill.
  • Signed files: the installer and the program files inside it are signed by Samuel Williams, so Windows 11 with Smart App Control starts the app.

Faster, clearer, and one access code

NewImproved

  • One access code: your practice's access code downloads the app and turns it on.
  • Two saved eBO reports: save KPI Money and KPI Visits once; each month, run them and drop the two files in.
  • Faster and smoother: most pages open in about 3 seconds after an update, and a click never makes the page jump.
  • A new Brief: Patients, Money and Billing in three bands, with health bars against your usual.
  • Clearer tables: sort arrows on every column you can sort, totals that add up, and your fee schedule beside each code.
  • Checked against eCW: the Data page compares your numbers with eCW's own totals and says so in one line.
  • To do from your own patterns: new lists for missed visits not rebooked, claims rejected or never sent, lost money by month and front desk denials.
  • An optional extra: Gross margin by drug from your McKesson purchase report, shown when you add its file.
  • Safer updates: if an update can't finish, the version you had stays as it was.
  • Updated terms: the app asks you to accept them once.

An easier install

  • A small download that opens at once: the file from this site is about 2 MB. Double-click it once and a window opens in a moment, downloads the rest with a progress bar, checks it and installs it.
  • One at a time: a second click on the installer, or on the app, brings the open window forward instead of starting another.
  • Easy to find: a desktop shortcut, and the Practice KPIs icon in the Start menu, Windows Search, the taskbar and the window.
  • Your email confirmed: the download page sends a 6-digit code to your email before the download starts.
  • Faster pages: the pages open and switch periods more quickly.

  • Share safely: the Brief as a PDF, and any chart as a table or CSV.
  • Fast: pages open from results kept on your PC, and refresh in the background after new data.
  • Licences and updates: per-practice licences and updates that arrive inside the app.
